In desperation she turned to biohacking to sort her head out – the unexpected bonus was that she lost nearly three stone and has kept it off for years through a series of health tricks from cold showers, to MCT oil, to ancestral eating. I identified with everything Davinia wrote about herself and it has inspired me to start looking after myself!

I love Davinia and follow her on Instagram, she is funny and really passionate about health and this comes across in her book.

Davinia seems like a good egg who has been through some personal trials with addiction that she is very up front about. If there were any justice in the world, this book should be at the top of this month's diet-book bestsellers . I knocked off a star for the following reasons, there were so many recommendations for supplements or similar which I think is unrealistic for most everyday people with busy jobs and limited funds so it would have been nice to have separate lists for absolute musts and nice to haves. I love Davinia's honesty and can really relate to the culture for young women in the 90's and how adopting new habits can, hopefully, mitigate some of those bad choices taken as a younger woman! Taylor draws on her own journey to share top tips on how to improve your physical health and mental wellness in this empowering read ― Hello!

D. FACLM, author of the New York Times Best Seller How Not to Die and How Not to Diet, with recipes by Robin Robertson, comes his second full-color, strikingly photographed cookbook that shares the science of long-term weight-loss success in delicious, satisfying, and even decadent recipes. I follow Davina on Instagram and love her holistic approach to health, her strength to overcome addiction and her open honesty. This does have facts and some statements from expects, but is very much opinion based and autobiographical.
